- Explosive, inflammable, corrosive, toxic, strong acid-alkaline and radioactive hazardous articles, such as detonators, gunpowder, firecrackers, gasoline, alcohol, kerosene, tung oil, raw lacquer, matches, pesticides, etc., all chemical products listed in the “Practical Manual of Chemical Hazards” published by the Chemical Industry Press;
- Narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, such as opium, morphine, cocaine, etc.; Items whose circulation or delivery is prohibited by national decrees, such as arms and weapons, national or foreign currency, etc.
- Perishable items, various live animals (such as fresh fish, fresh meat, etc.);
- Articles that impede public health, such as human bones (including incinerated human bones), untreated animal skins, unmedicated animal bones, etc.;
- Reactionary newspapers, books, windows or pornographic articles, etc.;
- If the chemical products you submit are not listed in the “Practical Manual of Hazardous Chemicals”, you must provide an appraisal certificate issued by the first-level chemical products appraisal department in the local market, confirming that the relevant items are non-hazardous chemical products before submitting them. Relevant identification departments must be responsible for the identification results.
